Due to the member structure of Valeriia, a return after the point shipping in the order process would negatively affect other Valeriia members. Therefore, Valeriia has an order cancelation policy that is detailed below.

An existing order can only be cancelled by the Valeriia member who placed the order. No order can be cancelled or returned for any refund once it has been shipped by the manufacturer.
